BREATHWORK SESSIONS FOR EVERY JOURNEY

Private breathwork sessions

Experience a personalised 1:1 Breathwork session in our purpose-built studio, designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release and intentional healing.


Each 60-minute session includes 45-minutes of guided breathing and relaxation. When you arrive, we begin with a short consultation to understand what’s present for you and to set a clear intention for your session.


We close with time for reflection, along with guidance and self-care practices to support your integration after the session. Everything shared is completely confidential.


All you need bring is yourself, an open heart, an open mind and comfortable clothing that allows us to gently observe your breath and belly movement.

small group breathwork programs

Our 4-week Breathwork Program supports small groups of 2–6 people through a transformative experience. Across the program, you'll move through:

  • Four 60-minute Breathwork sessions
  • Guided journaling
  • Weekly 1:1 check-ins and ongoing support 


Together, you will move through a powerful journey, from release to renewal, alongside others committed to their growth.


You’ll set clear intentions at the beginning and receive support each week to help you realise them. All conversations and experiences remain private and confidential.


For your first session, simply bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Additional details will provided as the program progresses.
