The Wellness Culture Warehouse is a members-only space where you can move freely, privately and intentionally. Consultations are by appointment - online bookings.


Every program is individually tailored, integrating expert coaching, personalised training plans, nutrition guidance and ongoing accountability to support lasting change.

One-on-One Personalised Training

Our evidence-based strength and conditioning programs are designed to address and prevent common health concerns while helping you build sustainable, long-term strength and vitality.


You’ll have the entire warehouse to yourself - your own equipment, your own space and our full attention.


Each program is custom-built around your physiology, psychology and personal goals. We specialise in teaching safe, effective compound movements and progressing them methodically so you can grow stronger with confidence.


This is a premium coaching experience, highly personalised, private and results-focused.

Small Group Coaching

Our small-group coaching programs (3, 6 or 12-months) offers all the benefits of personalised training at a reduced cost. Groups are capped at 8 people to ensure every member receives:

  • A fully personalised program
  • Dedicated equipment
  • Technique-focused coaching with individual attention


Before joining a group, all new members begin with a one-on-one consultation. We discuss your goals, cover foundational movements, set expectations and ensure you feel confident stepping into your first session.


Our groups include a diverse mix of ages, abilities and goals. What they all share is a welcoming community and a commitment to progress.

Online Coaching - Coming soon

For those who can’t attend the Wellness Culture Warehouse in person, online coaching provides a flexible and effective alternative. You’ll still receive personalised programming, expert guidance and structured accountability, no matter your schedule or location.
