Eligibility for Exchange/Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used items. 

Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@wellnessculture.com.au to initiate an exchange/return.
2. Ship the item back to us (shipping costs may apply).

Refunds:

• Please note that all orders are dispatched with Authority to Leave. Ensure you provide a secure address where your parcel can be left if no one is home. 
• If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and your order is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply to resend your item. 
• Refunds cannot be issued for orders with incorrect addresses.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once accepted. 
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
